Firefighters of Raleigh, North Carolina stepped in to help a car that broke down in an intersection on 23rd June 2016. Reporter Mikaya Thurmond captured the scene on video. The firefighters manually pushed the car out of the intersection, clearing the traffic.

The Raleigh Fire Department (RFD) provides fire protection and emergency medical services to the city of Raleigh. The department, which was formed in December 1912, serves over 430,000 people spanning an area of 144 square miles.
